License Pending is a one-person NCLEX-PN coaching service run by George Evans, RN, BSN. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it. The short version: I collect only what I need to schedule, coach, and get paid, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you book a fit call (through Calendly): your name, email address, and your answers to the booking questions, such as your situation, the school you attended, your exam date, and any previous NCLEX-PN attempts.
When you pay (through Stripe): your name, email address, and payment details. Stripe processes the payment; I see the amount, date, and basic card information such as the brand and last four digits, never your full card number.
When you email me: whatever you choose to send, such as questions, your Candidate Performance Report, or exam-prep reports.
During coaching: my session notes, your study plan, and your progress on practice questions.

This website itself has no sign-up forms and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

How I use it

To schedule and hold our calls and sessions.
To build your study plan and track your progress.
To process payments, issue refunds, and keep business and tax records.
To reply to your messages.

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Services that handle your information

I use a few trusted services to run the business. Each has its own privacy policy:

Calendly for booking calls.
Stripe for payments.
Google for email, calendar, and Google Meet video calls.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

I may share information if the law requires it. Otherwise, nobody else sees it.

How long I keep it

I keep coaching notes and study plans while we're working together and for a reasonable time afterward in case you come back. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. You can ask me to delete your coaching notes and booking information at any time; I'll do so unless I need to keep something for tax or legal reasons.

Keeping it safe

Your information stays in my private business accounts, which are protected with strong passwords and two-factor sign-in. No method is perfect, but I take reasonable care to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by emailing [email protected]. You don't have to answer optional booking questions.

Age

Coaching is for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
